At Betty’s Paws, every product is custom-made based on your pet’s photo. To ensure you love the final result, we provide a design approval step before production.


Design Approval Process (Important)

After placing your order, our team will create a custom preview based on your uploaded photo.

  • You will receive a preview for approval

  • We will only begin production after your approval

  • You may request revisions before approving your design


Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once:

  • The design has been approved

  • The item has been sent to production


If You Do Not Approve the Design

If you are not satisfied with the preview:

  • You may request revisions

  • If we cannot meet your expectations, you may request a full refund before approval


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print quality is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Production & Shipping Time

Production begins only after design approval.

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • Additional shipping time depending on your location


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled:

  • Before design approval → full refund available

  • After approval → no changes or cancellations


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
