Each product is custom-made with care based on your pet’s photo.


Order Process & Design Approval

After placing your order:

  • We create a custom design preview

  • You will receive the preview for approval

  • Production begins only after your approval

Please note: production will not start until the design is approved.


Processing Time (Production)

All items are made to order.

  • Design creation: 1–3 business days

  • Production time: 2–5 business days after approval


Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

We may offer promotions such as free shipping on orders over $40.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–2 days for tracking information to update.


Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays or peak seasons

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first

  • Then contact us and we will assist where possible

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
